Whole Body Cryotherapy

Whole Body Cryotherapy is a process of cooling a persons skin to about 32 degrees Fahrenheit for up to 2-3 minutes. This is done by surrounding the body with air at temperatures varying anywhere from negative -200 to -240F.

LED Light Therapy

Celluma is unique & quite unlike any other low-level light therapy device available today. Based on NASA research, Celluma delivers blue, red and near-infrared light energy simultaneously to safely treat a wide variety of conditions.

I am a US Masters Swimmer and work out consists of 5 swim days combined with 3 days of dry land exercises.  Last year I had strained a hip-flexor and adductor muscles as well as some long term hip and lower back issues.  I went to PT, a chiropractor, an acupuncturist and sports massage therapist along with cold tub sessions.  All these helped to some degree but what really got me over the hump was when I started Cryotherapy 8 months ago.  Cryotherapy is the only treatment I have pursued on a very regular basis that provides the most relief.  Cryotherapy is a piece of cake compared to getting into a cold tub or ice bath.  Muscle issues are healed and I no longer have the hip issue, which was bad enough to wake me up at night.  I whole heartedly recommend Cryotherapy for its ease of use and its benefits in helping to maintain a healthy body.
